What is The Eternaverse?

Launched in 2023, The Eternaverse is a collection of sustainable, evolving 3D virtual worlds with a mission to empower everyone to curate how and where they want to be remembered, while perpetuating their chosen legacy.

How is it different from exisiting social media?

When you pass away, your exisiting social media profiles stay as they are. The last thing you posted, the last comment you made, the last photo you were tagged in becomes your ongoing online identity. There, it languishes, or worse, is controlled or shut down by someone you don’t trust. The Eternaverse is social media you can curate yourself before death, so your loved ones have a place they can visit to see you, specifically in the way you want to be remembered. Your chosen music, photos, stories, videos, chosen by you, will be the way they remember you because it was chosen by you.

Is The Eternaverse up and running?

The Eternaverse is staged in its release. Stage one is a form where you can specify Your Wishes and this is available now. Stage 2 is where you can upload photos, stories, videos and create a profile or a Time Capsule of your life, and it will be functional later in 2024. Stage 3 is our 3D immersive worlds and they are being built for release in late 2024/ear/y 2025.

Can anyone visit The Eternaverse?

Anyone can visit an explore The Eternaverse and view profiles which are public. They cannot comment unless invited by The Eternaverse owner.

Does a free Eternaverse account expire?

A free account expires in five years, but can be renewed.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

If you account is about to be closed you have the option to download all of the content on the Eternaverse prior to cancellation, so these precious memories are not lost.

Can I or a loved one upgrade my free account later?

You can upgrade and update your Eternaverse anytime. Only your nominated Eternaverse admins/executor/s can update your profile after your passing.

Can I connect my Eternaverse to a loved one or family member or Pet?

Yes you can create your family tree. By clicking the icon you can link your Eternaverse to the Eternaverse of a loved one, family member or Pet even if they are in a different Eternaverse World and can be done for one-off admin fee if you are a nominated admin of those accounts.

Can I control my Eternaverse before pass away?

Yes! Unlike exisiting social media, The Eternaverse has been specifically designed to help you control, before you pass away, how you will be remembered.

Can I get a Eternaverse for my pet?

You can have your beloved pet as an aspect of your Eternaverse, so you will be remembered together.

How do you protect my privacy in a Premium Account?

In all accounts, apart from the free tier, you can nominate to have your account as private. Anyone wanting to visit your private Eternaverse will have to be approved by your nominated account admin/executor.

Can friends, family or fans add tributes or additional photos and videos after my death?

They can, but they will need to be approved by the nominated account admins/executors before they will appear, to keep the Eternaverse a safe, loving space.

Can I get access to grief support?

Through our exclusive partnership, paid members will get access to grief support content and links to helpful services.
